Real Time Customer Tracker (Site Monitor)
As a Site Owner you can track who is logged in your system at any time. You can see a listing through your administrative security access and use this tracking system as a way to impact sales. You can see a listing of all users logged in the system, along with their contact information, Email address and number of counts and orders placed in the past.

It will also indicate the number of unregistered users currently on the system. This is a live report that automatically refreshes every 30 seconds.

Use this report to make real time proactive calls to customers needing assistance.

  • Dynatext Editor
    The look and feel of the site can be modified instantly as well. Area such as "About us", as well as the text displayed on the main page, the appropriate user easily edits database descriptions and data cards. Changes made to the system are live and will automatically appear once the screen is refreshed. You can also edit copy for your

  • Profanity filter
    The standard ability to add a "Slug" to the data has been augmented with a profanity filter. The system will filter for words it has entered into its list. The system administrator has the ability to either add or delete words or phrases as necessary.
  • Customer Locater (Buddy Find)
    This tool for system administrators is a look up tool lets you find specific clients using your system based on a choice of fields. You can query the system for User ID, Last Name, First Name, Company, etc. It will give you a display of all users meeting the look up criteria you enter.
  • Order Hold and Release
    With this function, you as a system owner can place orders on hold prior to the data being released for reasons including mail piece approval, account approval and more. When an order is placed on hold, a site administrator within your organization with the appropriate user level permissions is notified about the order hold so it can be reviewed.

    Your administrator has the decision to approve and release the order or delete it. Orders on hold are not processed until they are released. Order turnaround time starts when the order is released.

    On-hold criteria options include:
    • An order that is outside of minimum or maximum record amounts
    • Orders from users not within certain permission levels
    • Automatic order holds for specific clients / User IDs
