Alvion Technologies Consultation Services

Phase 1 - Project scope and definition

Going through an Internet development process without guidance is unsettling-and more than a little treacherous. Many have found it to be a major, and expensive, learning experience. The uncertainty was no different for us. But after building literally thousands of Internet pages and hundreds of applications, we bring you a tangible benefit. We bring you an experienced technology team.

During our scoping phase, we get to know you so well from an ebusiness and automation perspective that the business requirements and how to meet them will become almost self-evident. Imagine some of the smartest, most motivated Internet people coming to your business and applying every ounce of experience and creativity to solve your Internet problems and move your business forward. With speed. With finesse. And with safety.

From every great scoping phase rises some of the best Internet planning we have ever seen. We play a part but the truth is that, once you "see it", you build out the concept with the best of the Alvion Technologies team. The project scope and definition are the blueprints on which development proceeds. If your scoping exercise hasn't produced a great model-and if we can't make it a great one-we won't build it.

Perhaps you've heard the old saying "You have to take a dog off the leash to see the tricks it can do." This implies a certain trust. And so it is, with what we do for you. Your involvement at every stage is critical to the success, but we are the experts, so we do the "tricks"-for your approval (applause, optional). You will enjoy seeing what we agreed upon in the scoping and definition phase take shape.

Alvion Technologies will conduct interviews and facilitate meetings with all stakeholders in the project and then develop a plan to achieve the stakeholders' success. The project manager will discuss your specific needs with you and set up a visit date based on your priority for the project, your work schedules, and the time needed for the team to adequately prepare.
