Back Office Reporting
As a site owner, you can stay on the pulse of the activity of your ListKey with a number of useful reports.

  • Administrative Control Panel
    This area visible to system owners provides you with a wide variety of control over the appearance and functionality of your system.

    The user interface was designed to give you the ability to make system configuration changes "On the fly" with very little, if any, programming knowledge. Many of the options available, including the ability to modify displayed text on the site, will accept HTML tags, but can also use plain text if you desire.
  • Security Access
    Access to Administrative Control Panel functions is Security Level based. At this permission level, your site administrator(s) have full control over the entire site, including invoicing (Daily Reporting), pricing and system configurations.

Daily Reporting

Usage Report
This report generates invoices, count and order histories and more. Your report begins with a full summary of orders, invoices, and more The Daily Usage report begins as summary by day of all orders placed on the system. The date, number of orders, number of records and the total dollar amount are displayed.

These reports are displayed for a two-week time frame by default, but you can select a different date range to get reports for a larger or smaller date range. There are several levels of detail that you can see through a drill down of the reports. By choosing a particular day, a listing of all of the orders for that day are displayed.

These orders are totaled by file, and also include subtotals for each selection on these files. Each individual order can be displayed to show the detail of the order, including the user and payment information.

  • Date Ranges
    Date Ranges can be entered, and multiple days selected to total the file usage information by week or month, or any user-defined period.

  • Fulfillment Report
    These reports are the actual cost to you for orders placed on your system. In essence this is the number that Alvion Technologies bases its fulfillment billing on. This information is your cost for the orders that were placed each day. This information is detailed by type of fulfillment costs. Date ranges can be entered to access Fulfillment reports. These summaries or details for both reports can be easily emailed if needed.

New Account Setup
This function allows an administrator to add new companies to their system, or add users to existing companies. A user added to an existing company inherits all of the billing information and pricing plans for that company.
