Alvion Asia

Our Asian operations were established when we acquired a web application development company in the Philippines in July, 2001.

Renamed Alvion Asia, our Philippine office was originally staffed with web application programmers and web designers. Today, we have expanded our operations to include documentation specialists, quality assurance, and technical support engineers.

Another promising development was Alvion Asia's recent move from Subic Bay to Makati City, the country's premiere financial and commercial center. With more efficient connectivity and a competitive business environment, Alvion Asia is poised to achieve greater heights and play a major part in the entire Alvion enterprise. The new office also enjoys a cosmopolitan and spirited ambience, in the middle of Makati's gleaming skyscrapers, sprawling shopping malls, luxury hotels, gourmet and fine dining restaurants, and entertainment complexes.

Web and user interface design
Alvion Asia provides the web design and user interface design services utilized by our clients and our proprietary applications. This group of talented designers strives to stay on top of latest design trends, technologies and usability experience knowledge. The Alvion Asia design team builds simple static web sites, complex functional dynamic sites, as well as the user interfaces for our various online applications.

Quality Assurance
Alvion Asia houses our Quality Assurance group, led by our experienced Director of Development at our home office in Florida, USA. From basic web sites to complex applications, whether developed in the USA, Europe or Asia, all of our projects pass through an Alvion Asia QA team. This talented group of professionals checks program code after it is written, checks it again after it is integrated into an application and then checks the entire application to make sure it works as expected.

Documentation
No project is complete without documentation. And many of our systems undergo constant improvements. Our Alvion Asia documentation group maintains all user documentation and keeps help system content up to date. As new releases are launched, which can happen as often as every two weeks, it is this team's responsibility to have the changes incorporated into all relevant
user documentation.

Technical Support
The newest team at Alvion Asia supports our system users to provide 24 hour response to their help requests. With a 12-hour time difference in Asia, the Alvion Asia team makes sure all of our servers and technology continue to operate smoothly during the off hours in the USA. The Alvion Asia support team also provides user support via email and online chat during the hours that our US-based technical support is closed.
